Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ardent OnPoint operating system (the "System") provided by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] ("Ardent OnPoint", "we", "us"). 1. Authorised access only

- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Keep your password confidential; do not share your credentials or let others use your account.
- Notify your administrator or Data Protection Officer immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.
- We may suspend or revoke access at any time, including when your engagement with us ends.
3. Acceptable use
You agree that you will not:
- access, copy, export, or disclose data beyond what your role and tasks require;
- attempt to bypass, disable, or probe the System's security or access controls;
- introduce malware, or interfere with the System's integrity or availability;
- use the System or its data for personal gain or any unlawful purpose; or
- remove, alter, or obscure security or audit mechanisms.
4. Confidentiality
The System contains confidential and sensitive information, including employee/HR and compensation data, client and vendor information, and financial records. You must treat all such information as confidential, use it only for authorised purposes, and protect it in line with our policies and applicable law, both during and after your engagement.
5. Third-party data and Creator Discovery
The System can retrieve publicly available professional information about creators/influencers through third-party data providers. You must use this feature and any data it returns only for legitimate talent-sourcing purposes, in compliance with the relevant provider's licence terms, the source platforms' terms of service, and applicable privacy law. Respect requests from individuals to access, correct, or remove their information.
6. Intellectual property
The System, its software, design, and the data it contains are the property of [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] or its licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the System for authorised business purposes only. No other rights are granted.
7. Monitoring and audit
To protect security and ensure proper use, we log and may review activity in the System, including sign-ins and key actions, together with associated user, time, IP address, and device information. By using the System you consent to this monitoring for legitimate business and security purposes.
